Scuola Grande San Rocco
The Scuola Grande di San Rocco is one of the six major Venetian lay confraternities. Established as a charitable institution in 1478, the school played a prominent role in the formation and conservation of an extraordinary and very rich artistic heritage.
The building houses scenes from the Old and New Testaments that follow one another in a vibrant interplay of light and colour. It is the most imposing decorative cycle completed by Jacopo Tintoretto, whose personal and artistic history finds its highest expression in these canvases.
Walking through the rooms of the Scuola among Tintoretto’s masterpieces is like walking through the pages of a book, feasting on the pages with our eyes: pages at times more intimate and contemplative, at others more hectic and dramatic.

- A 30% payment is required at the time of booking.
- The 70% balance is required 3 days before the experience.
Cancellation policies:
- 30% refund is provided for cancellations received within 14 days of the experience date
- for cancellations received between 13 days and 4 days prior to the experience date, 30% will be applied as a penalty
- for cancellations received 3 days before arrival and beyond, 100% of the amount will be applied as a penalty
